We show you how we work the land and the vineyard to obtain the grapes. In the winery we will see how we transform the grapes into the different wines. And afterwards we will do a tasting of 5 wines.

Monastrell Sumoll 2024
Wine made from Sumoll 60% and Monastrell 40%. Both varieties are harvested separately by hand in 20 kg crates. The grapes pass through a selection table and are destemmed. They are then vatted and macerated for 15 days in stainless steel tanks. Drained by gravity without pressing and aged for 8 months in tanks.
